Tagged the ‘Right to be Forgotten’ ruling, search engines operating in the EU must now listen to individual requests to have information removed from Search Engine Results. Since the ruling requests for removal have already been made.
Here in Australia, the Australian Law Reform Commission recently recommended that individuals be given the “right to be deleted” online.
