National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) is the international trade association for companies providing information destruction services. Shred-X Document Destruction is proud to be a founding member of NAID Australasia. NAID’s mission is “to protect Australasian business and consumers from the misuse of sensitive information”.

Best Practice Certification Pty Ltd provides auditing and certification services to organisations in Australia that have elected to implement the international ‘Best Practice’ models for continual improvement in Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety Management.

Quality assurance (QA) is about managing business processes so that both the supplier and the customer are satisfied with the quality and consistency of the goods or services provided. For suppliers, QA means consistent production and delivery of a product or service. For customers, QA nurtures confidence in consistently receiving a product or service that meets their specifications. Cm3 has been developed to assist organisations to meet their legislative duty of care to ensure contractors they engage have processes to safely conduct work.

Founded in 2000, the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) was established to define, promote and improve the privacy profession globally. The IAPP is committed to providing a forum for privacy professionals to share best practices, track trends, advance privacy management issues, standardise the designations for privacy professionals, and provide education and guidance on opportunities in the field of privacy.
