I am writing today to provide feedback on our ShredX Account Manager, Dillon Damon. Dillon has always been a wonderful Account Manager, promptly providing a high level of customer service regardless of the request. The Melbourne office for Novell has always been relatively low maintenance until recently when we began to undertake an office move. This is when I started to see what Dillon is really capable of achieving – not only for the customer but for ShredX as well.

I have never been responsible for any part of an office move before, and I don’t have a lot of support within my own office as to how to go about it. Initially, the first thing I did was call Dillon for some advice – which was the best step I made as he immediately put me at ease and assisted me in kicking off the entire clean up! Dillon calmly talked me through all the products and services available, and after discussing my needs, provided suggestions on solutions suitable to our case, and with that – the whole process was under way!

During the process Dillon has always been there for any query, worry or concern I might have, he has checked in with me regularly to see how I am managing and if our requirements are being met. His communication with the vehicle drivers has been faultless, and we have never missed a pick up. He has been across all our invoicing, even picking up one instance of a discrepancy, and calling me direct to bring it to my attention.

As this move has progressed unforeseeable issues have arisen, and I have been left with problems that I wasn’t expecting and in situations that I could not have predicted and don’t really know what to do about – Dillon always has an answer and solution for me! To know that I can depend on him is of great comfort and reassurance! And the way he executes himself with such a calm and polite manner is of great credit to him, coupling that with extensive product and services knowledge positions him favorably above anyone else.

It has been an absolute delight to have Dillon as our Account Manager, and refreshing to receive the level of customer service that he provides.
