QA-9001

Quality assurance (QA) is about managing business processes so that both the supplier and the customer are satisfied with the quality and consistency of the goods or services provided.

For suppliers, QA means consistent production and delivery of a product or service. For customers, QA nurtures confidence in consistently receiving a product or service that meets their specifications.

Australia uses the International Organization for Standardization's (ISO) 9000 series of Quality System Standards. The current AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems - Requirements Standard applies to all organisations regardless of size, industry, product or service.  

NAID

National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) - NAID is the international trade association for companies providing information destruction services. Shred-X is proud to be a foundation member of NAID in Australasia Suppliers of products, equipment and services to destruction companies are also eligible for membership. NAID's mission is to promote the information destruction industry and the standards and ethics of its member companies.

RMAA

Records Management Association of Australia  (RMAA) - The RMAA network throughout Australia provides a wide range of services to its members including participation in the development of standards for records management, and advocacy on records management issues, and the delivery of courses, conventions and seminars at both federal and state level.

ASIAL

Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) - Established in 1969, ASIAL is the industry organisation that represents approximately 85% of the security industry in Australia.
