Shred-X Security Guarantee
- Where appropriate, we enter into confidentiality agreements with contractors as well as train and familiarise them with the new legislative obligations, our privacy policies and procedures
- In addition to screening of all employees, we require them to sign a declaration that they have been provided with a copy of the Group's Privacy Policy and that they undertake to abide by it
- Where appropriate, we utilise stand-by and auxiliary systems to deal with anticipated and unanticipated major business interruptions
- Our plant and equipment is secured by external and internal premises security including closed circuit television and other monitoring devices
- Access is restricted to personal information scheduled for destruction, including the use of security registers at all of our destruction sites and the mandatory use of pocketless jackets by all staff and visitors whilst on site
- Continuing upgrade and evaluation of our information technology practices to prevent unauthorised computer access
- Continuous review and testing of technology employed by Shred-X in terms of the provision of security
