An exciting opportunity has become available. We are looking for a bubbly, energetic, loyal & committed Sales Representative to assist our Branch Coordinator in growing the business in Sydney. The position we have available will be 100% around generating New Business Sales.
Our company has been in the industry for over 10 years and is growing at a fast pace, we have recently opened our Sydney branch and need an energetic Sales rep to assist in building the business. We are looking for someone who is energetic, has fresh ideas, is motivated and is happy to get their hands dirty to get the job done.
Job Purpose:
- Find new business opportunities with in the CBD and assist in building up current serviced areas
- Work closely with the Branch Coordinator to ensure clients expectations are exceeded in servicing and customer service
- Work together as a team to build the business
- Follow through with clients requests/queries from start to finish and ensure that the customer receives a first class service
- Build relationships with internal and external representatives to assist in building your territory and the business
- General updating of company database
- General reporting for clients & sales manager
- Be part of a team to achieve brilliant results together
- Provide assistance to the branch coordinator to assist in the business
- Willingness to be cross-trained within other roles in the business.
Skills and Attributes:
- A team oriented approach with professional and corporate attitude
- Strong sales experience and a passion for sales and achieving targets and goals
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- First class rapport building skills
- There is a minimal physical aspect to this role
- Proactive and motivated approach to your work and the ability to think outside the square
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Attention to detail and using your initiative is the key to this role
- Quick learner and ability to think on your feet
- Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure & prioritise is a must
- Typing speed of at least 50WPM with 98% accuracy
- Current NSW drivers licence
To be successful, you will need a “can-do” attitude, have superior time management skills and have the desire to learn about the business and be an integral part in growing the business. We will provide you with a car allowance, a phone and commission and after your probation period we will discuss your package including a car.
